Write It Out

This is a page from my journal this morning.  I posted it on my instagram, but I thought I’d post it here too.  I was debating on whether or not I should post this because it’s quite negative and there’s a lot of anger.  But then I thought you know what…this is also me.  I shame this side of me and I shouldn’t.  I feel better now.

Write down everything that’s bothering you or worrying you on a piece of paper.  Sometimes we can’t hear solutions to our problems because we have too much chatter and worry in our brain.  Write it all out and then you can hear your soul better.
